Job Description

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Manager - Nights will oversee the end-to-end operations of the night shift. You will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring that all activities - from goods-in to order dispatch - are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing, coaching, and developing the night shift team to achieve KPIs.
  • Ensuring all warehouse processes adhere to health and safety standards.
  • Monitoring workflow to optimise productivity and minimise errors.
  • Implementing continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
  • Coordinating with other departments to maintain smooth operational flow.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Warehouse Manager - Nights candidate will be an experienced warehouse leader with a track record of managing teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will be proactive, hands-on, and able to drive performance through engagement and strong leadership.
