Job Description
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Manager - Nights will oversee the end-to-end operations of the night shift. You will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring that all activities - from goods-in to order dispatch - are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing, coaching, and developing the night shift team to achieve KPIs.
- Ensuring all warehouse processes adhere to health and safety standards.
- Monitoring workflow to optimise productivity and minimise errors.
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
- Coordinating with other departments to maintain smooth operational flow.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal Warehouse Manager - Nights candidate will be an experienced warehouse leader with a track record of managing teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will be proactive, hands-on, and able to drive performance through engagement and strong leadership.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within warehousing/logistics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and best practices.

- A flexible approach, with the ability to work night shifts and adapt to operational demands.
