The company is a rapidly growing SME business within haircare. Passionate about haircare, they only use the highest-quality, science-backed ingredients that are good for your hair. With this commitment to high quality, they are continuously pushing boundaries in the industry which is leading to continued fast-paced growth.

Hold responsibility for a portfolio of national accounts across retail, pure-players, and department stores. Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business. Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, to run effective promotional campaigns. Manage negotiations, JBPs, and take ownership of the P&L across your accounts. Provide timely and accurate reporting of forecasts, pipeline, strategic plans, and market trends. Develop and implement a customer-focused sales strategy.

A successful NAM UK should have:

  • Proven experience managing national accounts in some or all of: grocery, high street, pure-players, department stores.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
  • Able to be in Central London 3 days a week.

£45,000 - £55,000 per year plus bonus. A supportive and friendly working environment. Opportunities for professional growth and career progression. Generous holiday leave.
