National Account Executive – Consumer Healthcare
Job Description
The National Account Executive – Consumer Healthcare will be responsible for the following:
- Support the NAMs on major retail partners such as Top 4 Grocery, Boots and Superdrug
- Manage and develop a portfolio of smaller key accounts to achieve commercial targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement growth strategies.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to key stakeholders.
- Monitor account performance and resolve any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during account management.
The Successful Applicant
The National Account Executive – Consumer Healthcare will come with the following skills and experiences.
- Experience in sales or account management role within the FMCG/Consumer Goods industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a results-driven mindset.
- A proven ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in analysing sales data and identifying growth opportunities.
- Familiarity with the dynamics of the FMCG market.
- A self-motivated and organised approach to managing multiple accounts.
- Excellent IT / Excel skills.
- Able to commute to the Surrey office 3 days per week – Tuesday to Thursday
- Able to work efficiently from home 3 days per week with a good home office set up.
