Job Description
- Develop and implement the global CRM strategy, ensuring alignment with wider business and brand goals to enhance the customer experience.
- Refine customer segmentation models and lifecycle campaign strategies.
- Act as the expert for global email marketing, adopting a test-and-learn approach to maximise engagement and commercial impact.
- Lead the launch and ongoing management of the global CRM and email marketing platform.
- Oversee weekly social media activity and newsletter communications.
- Design and deliver multi-segment, highly personalised automated campaigns.
- Continuously monitor and optimise segmentation models and campaign performance to meet business objectives.
- Lead customer insight analysis to support strategic decision-making and the delivery of a cohesive omnichannel strategy.
- Create and maintain KPI reports, sharing insights and recommendations with senior management.
- Ensure accurate data capture, tracking, and utilisation across all customer touchpoints.
- Champion data integrity, prospect data capture, and lead management globally.
- Support and optimise both quantitative and qualitative data collection to inform marketing strategies.
- Present quarterly retail data capture results and collaborate with retail teams globally to drive data capture improvements.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify and implement best-in-class CRM practices.
- Manage the marketing trade calendar and briefing process, ensuring alignment of messaging across departments and seasons.
- Lead paid social and display advertising strategy, planning, and reporting in collaboration with external agencies.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer and campaign analysis requests.
- Manage PR relationships and coordinate in-house campaign shoots.
- Monitor website performance, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer journey.
- Maintain and improve reporting processes and operational efficiency across all marketing activities.
The Successful Applicant
- 5 + years of hands on CRM experience
- A background working in Fashion, Luxury or Retail is essential
- End-to-end CRM experience – Design, Execution and Management
- Advanced Google Analytics
- Experience leading and managing a team
- Someone who enjoys working onsite
- Extensive experience working with CRM tools
