Job Description

  • Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Analyse and refine workflows to reduce waste and optimise resource usage.
  • Support the introduction of new products into the manufacturing process.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production equipment to minimise downtime.
  • Document processes and maintain accurate production records.
  • Recommend cost-effective solutions to enhance manufacturing performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:

  • 5+Years experience within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies and tools.
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment and systems.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
