Job Description
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters for HNW clients as well as dealing with plot sales transactions and options for commercial clients.
- Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to property sales.
- Liaise with clients, developers, and external solicitors to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Provide expert legal advice on residential property matters.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records and keep clients updated on transaction progress.
- Contribute to the development of the team and the firm's property practice.
- Support senior team members with complex property transactions as required.
