Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage property repair requests from tenants and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with contractors to schedule and monitor repair works.
  • Ensure repairs are completed in line with agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of repair activities and costs.
  • Provide clear communication and updates to tenants regarding repair progress.
  • Conduct inspections to verify completion and quality of repairs.
  • Assist in resolving any disputes or issues related to repair works.
  • Support the Property department with administrative tasks as needed.

A successful Repairs Officer should have

  • Experience in property repairs or maintenance coordination, preferably in the not-for-profit sector.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using property management systems or similar software.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
