Job Description



  • Process purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.

  • Track and monitor inventory levels to avoid disruptions in supply.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand procurement needs.

  • Handle vendor queries and resolve issues promptly.

  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier agreements.

  • Support the team in cost analysis and budget management.


The Successful Applicant


A successful Purchasing Assistant should have:



  • Experience or interest in procurement or supply chain roles.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Intermediate use of Microsoft Excel

  • Attention to detail and the ability to work with data accurately.

  • Proficiency in using relevant software or tools.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
