This role is with a company in the FMCG industry based in Manchester.

Job Description

  • Coordinate product changes/formulations and updates with internal teams and customers.
  • Manage critical paths and milestones.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure all customer queries and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain smooth workflows and processes.
  • Monitor and manage timelines for product changes to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for product changes and customer interactions.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues related to customer service and product changes.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on progress and challenges.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department.
  • Managing stock transition between old and new products.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Change & Customer Coordinator should have:

  • Experience in customer service or a similar role in the FMCG industry.
  • Very strong organisation and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Confidence in working with internal and external stakeholders.

Desirable

  • Experience in the FMCG industry (not essential).

  • Salary ranging from Β£31,500 to Β£34,000, dependent on the level of experience.
