About Our Client
This opportunity is with a large international manufacturing business that supplies essential everyday consumer products to major retailers and brands across multiple markets. The organisation operates a complex network of manufacturing sites and is investing significantly in operational excellence, digital transformation, and business-wide change programmes to improve efficiency, productivity, and long-term growth.
The business has an established Transformation function responsible for delivering strategic change across manufacturing operations, systems, and business processes. With a sizeable portfolio of programmes underway, this role offers the chance to work on high-impact initiatives, collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions, and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the organisation.
Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end management of strategic programmes, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee systems implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration into existing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change management initiatives and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Utilise data and analytics to measure programme progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure alignment with operational requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with programme delivery.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to senior stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Programme Manager should have:
- Proven experience in programme management within the FMCG or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Experience in Systems Implementation.
- Solid understanding of data and analytics to support decision-making.
- Expertise in managing organisational change and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent problem-solving and project planning skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
