Job Description
- Manage the daily running of the pharmacy and keep services available for customers.
- Provide professional advice on medicines and healthcare queries.
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and ensure customers receive clear information.
- Maintain pharmacy records and complete routine checks to support safe service delivery.
- Work with store colleagues to coordinate pharmacy activity and customer needs.
- Monitor stock levels and arrange supplies to help prevent disruption to the service.
- Respond to customer queries in a helpful, timely and respectful manner.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Pharmacist Manager' should have:
- Pharmacy experience, including dispensing prescriptions and advising customers.
- Confidence managing the daily activities of a pharmacy service.
- A clear understanding of medicines and healthcare-related customer queries.
- The ability to maintain accurate pharmacy records and complete routine checks.
- Experience monitoring stock and arranging medicine supplies.
- The ability to work closely with colleagues across a retail setting.
