• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed in the office.
• Organise and maintain office files and records efficiently.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Manager should have:

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Experience in managing office administration in a professional setting.
• Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• An understanding of health and safety regulations.
