Job Description
- Lead the daily delivery of Human Resources activity across the organisation.
- Provide practical direction on people matters to keep work moving smoothly.
- Set clear priorities for the Human Resources department during the interim period.
- Work with colleagues to address people-related queries and maintain consistent support.
- Review current people processes and identify practical areas for improvement.
- Maintain clear communication on Human Resources activity across the organisation.
- Manage the handover of key people activity to ensure continuity throughout the temporary assignment.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Interim Head Of People' should have:
- Experience leading a Human Resources function or people-focused department.
- Strong knowledge of day-to-day people practices and processes.
- The ability to set priorities and manage a varied workload.
- Confidence providing clear guidance on people matters.
- Experience reviewing and improving Human Resources processes.
- The ability to communicate clearly with colleagues across an organisation.
- Must hold a current Enhanced DBS.
