Job Description
The In‑house Retail and Private Banking Lawyer will be:
- Advising on legal and regulatory risks across retail and private banking products and services
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex banking documentation and agreements
- Providing legal support for product launches, regulatory change and compliance matters
- Working closely with business and risk teams to mitigate legal exposure and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Supporting risk‑management strategy and governance for retail & private banking operations
The Successful Applicant
The In‑house Retail and Private Banking Lawyer should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years PQE
- Experienced in consumer product regulatory work and advising on insurance products or private banking ideally
