Job Description
- Manage a caseload of approximately 65 motor, ELPL, credit hire or recovery files, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Provide expert advice to clients on matters, focusing on the best outcomes.
- Draft, review, and amend documents and correspondence.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and service.
The Successful Applicant
