About Our Client
Our client is based in Lyndhurst, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the team is looking for additional support.
Job Description
- Manage the CEO's diary, appointments, and meetings, ensuring effective time management.
- Coordinate correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required by the CEO.
- Organise and manage travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
- Act as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support the CEO in maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Assist in organising events or company functions as required.
- Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day administrative tasks for the CEO.
