Job Description Responsibilities

  • Deliver sourcing and procurement activity for airport operations including cleaning, security, waste and facilities services.
  • Lead procurement projects from market engagement to supplier evaluation and contract award.
  • Work closely with operational teams to align procurement with service performance and safety requirements.
  • Draft and manage tenders, evaluate proposals and contribute to supplier negotiations.
  • Track and report on supplier performance, costs and contract compliance.
  • Support sourcing for emergency and resilience services (e.g. fire, medical, safety-critical systems).
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of sourcing activity and planned renewals.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing service contracts and performance metrics.
  • Identify and implement improvements in cost, service and supplier management.
  • Support data analysis for operational procurement performance reporting.

The Successful Applicant Experience & Skills

  • Experience in operational or facilities-related procurement.
  • Familiarity with airport or regulated operational environments is an advantage.
  • Ability to work with technical stakeholders to define service and procurement requirements.
  • Knowledge of contract and supplier performance management.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • MCIPS or working towards it is preferred.
