Job Description

As Supplier and Replenishment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring optimal stock availability across a diverse and high-value product range. Acting as a key liaison between suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners, you will support end-to-end replenishment activity while maintaining data accuracy and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage supplier purchase orders, confirmations, and delivery schedules
  • Monitor stock levels and execute replenishment plans to maintain availability while minimising excess inventory
  • Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers regarding lead times, allocations, pricing, and availability
  • Coordinate closely with warehousing and logistics teams to ensure timely inbound deliveries
  • Maintain accurate product, pricing, and supplier data within ERP systems
  • Support forecasting and demand planning processes through data analysis and reporting
  • Assist with vintage changes, new product set-up, and supplier transitions
  • Resolve supply issues proactively, escalating risks where appropriate

The Successful Applicant

The successful Supplier and Replenishment Coordinator candidate will come with the following skill set:

  • Previous experience in supply chain, replenishment, procurement, or operations coordination
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, comfortable managing supplier relationships
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with stock, sales, and forecasting data
  • Proficient in Excel; ERP or inventory management system experience advantageous
  • Experience within FMCG, luxury goods, drinks, or premium retail is highly desirable
  • A genuine interest in wine or premium products is a plus, though not essential
