Manage the strategic risk pipeline by triaging concerns and ensuring they are progressed through the appropriate decision‑making channels. Facilitate high‑level discussions and round tables with diverse stakeholders, including legal professionals and law enforcement, to draw out regulatory insights. Conduct mixed‑methods research using both quantitative and qualitative data to analyse complex issues like economic crime and technological shifts. Translate data and abstract analysis into defensible reports that inform regulatory policy and determine priority actions for the organisation.

You possess a deep understanding of how market risks translate into regulatory strategy and can move beyond crime intelligence to focus on broader market harms. You are an analyst person comfortable with mixed‑methodology research, possessing the technical skill to handle both quantitative and qualitative data. You can cultivate conversations with vastly different stakeholders—from police and lawyers to Executive Directors, and translate abstract analysis into clear, actionable insights. Since this is a new, work in progress role, you are someone who can thrive in ambiguity and take the lead in building frameworks from the ground up.
