Job Description:
You will join a highly respected team advising IOCs, NOCs, governments and financiers across the full value chain of the oil & gas and LNG sectors. The work spans upstream M&A, project development, midstream and downstream financing, gas market regulation, and energy transition technologies including CCS, hydrogen and SAF. You will be front and centre in client relationships, with opportunities to develop your own practice and contribute to strategic growth. The team is known for its collaborative culture, international reach, and commitment to developing its lawyers through award‑winning training programmes.
The Successful Applicant:
- 4+ years' PQE with strong transactional experience
- Solid contractual and negotiation skills
- Oil & gas sector experience (M&A, project development, financing and/or trading)
- Commercial awareness and ability to assess and manage risk
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to business development
- Willingness to travel and work across jurisdictions
