Job Description

  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans tailored to the DACH and Benelux markets.
  • Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform strategy and campaign development, including use of Kantar/Nielsen data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international PR, social, and creative agencies to ensure high-impact, localized campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Create, monitor and report on campaign performance through self-created KPIs and metrics, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners in the DACH and Benelux regions.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with local regulations in all marketing efforts through documentation and refining of a launch playbook for EU.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Marketing Manager (DACH/Benelux) should have:

  • 5+ years of brand marketing experience within FMCG/Consumer Goods sector, with at least 3 years in a management role.
  • A deep, intuitive understanding of the European consumer landscape, retail environment, and cultural nuances.
  • A solid demonstrable understanding of the pace of fast moving physical product cycles.
  • You aren’t just a "manager" of an established brand; you are a builder.
  • You enjoy the ambiguity and excitement of launching a brand into a new territory.
  • You can deep-dive into Kantar/Nielsen data in the morning and lead a creative brainstorm in the afternoon.

  • Full professional proficiency in German language and culture.
