Job Description
As an Associate in the Project Finance team, you will work on cuttingâedge projects and acquisition work in both primary and secondary markets. You will collaborate across teams and jurisdictions, providing strategic guidance to clients and managing matters in a fastâpaced, intellectually rigorous environment.
- Drafting, reviewing, and amending documentation
- Providing strategic guidance to clients based on market awareness
- Managing client expectations, deadlines, and project delivery
- Leading and supervising junior team members
- Recognising business development opportunities and supporting firmâwide strategies
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Developing and sharing legal and sector knowledge internally and externally
The Successful Applicant
- Qualified lawyer with 3-6 years' PQE in a complex international organisation
- Experience in project finance or infrastructure acquisition work
