Job Description
An excellent opportunity for a Supervising Associate (3-6 PQE) to join a top-tier Private Funds group based in London or Bristol. You will work across a varied portfolio of fund structures and financing vehicles including capital call, NAV, hybrid, GP/co-invest, and SMA facilities. The role offers significant client engagement, documentation leadership, and mentoring of junior colleagues.
- Lead drafting and negotiation of fund finance documentation (capital call, NAV, hybrid, GP/co-invest and SMA facilities).
- Advise on fund structures and limited partnership agreements.
- Support transactions involving private equity, debt, credit, real estate and infrastructure funds.
- Manage multiple deals and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Mentor junior lawyers and support business development initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
- 3-6 years' PQE, gained at an international or leading regional firm.
- Solid experience in fund finance matters, preferably from both lender and borrower perspectives.
- Excellent academic credentials, strong drafting skills.
- Commercial mindset with client focus.
- Team player who is proactive in marketing and business development.
