About Our Client
Our client is a well-established organisation within the Business Services industry based in London. They are a medium-sized company known for their professional environment.
Job Description
You will be working with two other PAs, they are hiring a third as the business is continuing to grow. The role will help the other PAs support the C-Suite, it will also take on some project work. But this role will have a little more focus on office management. They have just moved into a larger office which is a beautiful town house in central London. You will order supplies, look after contracts with external suppliers, meet and greet those arriving, although there isn’t a Reception area as such so you wouldn’t be based on reception. You will also provide some support to the PAs with diary management and travel booking for the senior level executives. This is a hybrid role and you will be working with a truly fantastic company. They are really professional and more corporate than not, but very supportive and a wonderful group of people.
The Successful Applicant
A successful PA/Office Manager should have:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the professional services, financial services, or another corporate firm
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using office software, including word processing and spreadsheets.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
What’s on Offer
£35,000 to £42,000 per annum, plus discretionary health and dental.
