Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the Team
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Maintain and organise files and records.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Prepare documents and correspondence as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is presentable and well-maintained.
- Assist with other clerical duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience in a Legal PA and or Legal Secretary role.
- Previous experience with documentation is required.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in standard office software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
