Job Description
- This role combines strategic account management with handsāon business development across a national remit.
- Manage relationships with corporate group head offices and associated practices.
- Develop and execute business plans to drive growth beyond organic levels.
- Analyse spend data to identify opportunities and upāsell into underāperforming sites.
- Maintain strong relationships with key decisionāmakers across procurement and clinical teams.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and provide regular performance updates.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure timely resolution of escalated issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Represent the business at monthly sales meetings and occasional head office visits.
- Take ownership of pipeline activity and deliver against agreed KPIs.
