Job Description
- Oversee all financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and manage budgets in alignment with organisational goals.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Review and improve financial processes and systems.
- Prepare financial forecasts and risk assessments to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver financial insights and recommendations.
The Successful Applicant
- ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified
- Strong on charity SORP
- Experienced with X-ledger
- Proven ability to lead and manage a finance team effectively.
- Excellent understanding of financial compliance and regulations.
- Experience in improving financial processes and systems.
- Good communication skills to engage with stakeholders.
