Job Description
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes and supplier relationships
- Conduct variance analysis and monitor cost tracking across the business
- Prepare and deliver supplier summaries and reporting for management review
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Drive Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support strategic decision‐making
- Prepare monthly management accounts and ensure compliance with reporting standards
- Post monthly journals including accruals, prepayments, and adjustments
The Successful Applicant
- Professional qualifications in accounting or finance, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Demonstrable background in preparing monthly management accounts
- Background in biotech, life sciences, or related industries desirable
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a small finance team
