We are seeking an Associate or Supervising Associate to join a market-leading Hedge Funds team. You will work on complex fund formation and structuring matters, advising on UK and EU regulatory frameworks, investor negotiations, and cross-border issues. This is a high-profile role offering significant client exposure and the chance to lead transactions while mentoring junior colleagues.
- Advise on hedge fund formation, structuring, and investor negotiations.
- Draft and negotiate fund documentation, including offering memoranda and side letters.
- Provide regulatory advice on FCA, AIFMD, MiFID II, and related regimes.
- Manage multiple transactions and build strong client relationships.
