Job Description
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and policies.
- Support managers in handling disciplinary and grievance cases effectively and professionally.
- Support in driving continual process improvements.
- Look at trends amongst the ER cases.
- Offer advice on performance management and employee engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to address complex employee relations issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee relations cases.
- Deliver training and support to line managers on employee relations best practices.
- Monitor and report on employee relations trends within the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong experience with ER - namely grievances.
- Proven experience in handling complex employee relations cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong letter writing skills and confidence to operate autonomously.
- The ability to provide clear and practical advice to managers and employees.
- Experience working within the leisure, travel & tourism industry is a plus.
