Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Education & Training: Planning and delivering construction training programmes; supporting internal education at trainee and departmental level.
- Legislative & Case Law Updates: Monitoring and briefing the team on legal developments.
- Internal Counsel Support: Assisting fee earners with know-how, precedents, and departmental initiatives.
- Precedent Management: Drafting and updating standard forms, guidance notes, and supporting automation projects.
The Successful Applicant
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Knowledge Lawyer or an Associate seeking to transition into a knowledge role.
- Qualified lawyer with minimum four years' PQE in non-contentious construction law.
- Previous knowledge lawyer experience or strong interest in moving into this area.
- Strong academic background (2:1 degree or above) and sound understanding of property/construction law.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to produce high-quality work under pressure.
