Job Description
- Develop, implement, and oversee business process maps within the banking and financial services department.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and document process improvements.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align project goals with organisational objectives.
- Ensure all process documentation adheres to regulatory standards and best practices.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies as part of project management.
- Utilise project management tools to streamline workflows and ensure timely delivery.
- Support change management initiatives and ensure smooth transitions for new processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Process Map Project Manager should have:
