My client is a well-established Health & Wellness business with major brands. While their UK Amazon business is sizeable, they are now heavily investing to expand into Amazon EU, starting with Germany, France, and Italy.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities- You will be responsible for European Marketplace Expansion - setup, launch and scaling of new territories.
- Listing Optimisation and Content - for existing catalogue and NPD, including Localisation.
- Commercial Performance - identify and influence on key growth areas.
- Analysis and Reporting - set and track clear KPIs.
- Vendor negotiations, terms, forecasting and operational performance.
- Work closely with logistics partners across EU territories to ensure smooth supply chain execution.
- Content Localisation - ensure product detail pages are translated properly (French/German language - highly advantageous) and compliant with local markets.
- Range Development for EU - identify which products need localisation or redevelopment to succeed in FR/DE/IT.
- Potential People management as function grows.
- Digital Setup Oversight - ensure assets, processes, compliance, and performance tracking are best-in-class.
- Strong track record managing Amazon Vendor Central Accounts.
- Operating across multiple Amazon Marketplaces.
- Strong background in listing optimisation, compliance and case resolution.
- Hands-on Amazon Ads experience with clear performance accountability.
- Immediate start preferred / up to 1-3 month notice period considered.
- 3 days in HQ - Crawley, West Sussex.
- Strong Bonus Structure.
