Job Description
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing files
- Handling sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, and re-mortgages
- Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties
- Ensuring files progress smoothly to completion
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory and firm standards
- Providing support to junior fee earners where needed
- Attending the office 2 days per week
The Successful Applicant
- A solicitor, licensed conveyancer or equivalent with 5+ years' experience
- Confident managing a full caseload with minimal supervision
