Our client is a well-known international law firm. The Healthcare team has been growing year-on-year with a team of over 100 lawyers and national coverage. They are one of the leading firms providing advice and support to the NHS and independent healthcare organisations. They are now looking to recruit a Solicitor / Barrister with specific inquest experience who will be undertaking a wide range of advisory work for the NHS and other public and private organisations operating in the Health and Social Care Sector.

Job Description:

  • Manage and represent clients in inquests, ensuring thorough preparation and attention to detail.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on inquest-related matters.
  • Draft legal documents and correspondence relevant to the inquest process.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive case records and documentation.
