The bulk of our clients' current projects consist of kitchen and bathroom replacements, roofing, external works, and full internal refurbishments - always with a focus on safety, tenant satisfaction, and minimal disruption in occupied properties.

Job Description

  • Oversee and manage Social Housing planned works project.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project delivery.
  • Maintain strict health and safety compliance on-site.
  • Manage subcontractors/internal staff and ensure all team members adhere to project deadlines.
  • Monitor and report on progress, managing any risks or delays promptly.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience managing Social Housing planned works projects
  • Strong knowledge within construction processes within Social Housing
  • Experience managing subcontractors and direct labour
  • SMSTS
