Job Description
- Oversee and manage Social Housing planned works project.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project delivery.
- Maintain strict health and safety compliance on-site.
- Manage subcontractors/internal staff and ensure all team members adhere to project deadlines.
- Monitor and report on progress, managing any risks or delays promptly.

- Proven experience managing Social Housing planned works projects
- Strong knowledge within construction processes within Social Housing
- Experience managing subcontractors and direct labour
