Job Description
The Corporate Solicitor will be:
- Advising on a broad range of corporate matters including M&A, restructures, reorganisations and joint ventures, corporate governance
- Managing transactions from inception through to completion
- Supporting owner-managed businesses and larger corporate clients
- Working closely with partners to develop client relationships and win new work
The Successful Applicant
The Corporate Solicitor should be:
