Job Description

  • Manage and lead complex cross-border disputes and investigations.
  • Provide legal advice to clients in accordance with the firm’s standards and practices.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategic legal solutions.
  • Participate in business development activities to expand the firm’s presence in the Cayman Islands.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations, trends, and developments in the professional services industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Litigation Associate should have:

  • A legal degree from a recognised institution.
  • Proven experience in handling complex cross-border disputes.
  • UK qualified and/or qualified in the Cayman islands (would be a big bonus).
  • 3-6 PQE
