About Our Client
Our client is a highly successful law firm who have circa 100 in London and also have offices internationally.
Job Description
- Provide comprehensive Legal PA support up to Partner level.
- Prepare and format legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage client communications and relationships, ensuring a professional and efficient service.
- Organise travel arrangements and itineraries for senior staff as required.
- Support billing processes, including the preparation and submission of invoices.
- Maintain and update client files, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the legal department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Legal PA should have:
- Experience in a similar Legal PA role, litigation is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems.
