Job Description
The Legal Counsel will be:
- Advising the public-sector sales team on high-value procurement contracts, including drafting and negotiation
- Guiding stakeholders through legal and regulatory procurement requirements
- Structuring contract terms to align with both commercial goals and compliance standards
- Assisting with bid processes and proposals to support successful tenders
- Contributing to continuous improvement through template refinement and process enhancements
The Successful Applicant
The Legal Counsel should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with solid public-sector procurement experience
- Skilled at drafting, negotiating, and reviewing complex procurement agreements
- Knowledgeable of public-sector procurement regulations and compliance frameworks
- Commercially aware, proactive, and capable of collaborating with non-legal colleagues
