Job Description

  • Provide legal advice on commercial, compliance and governance issues.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and help establish policies across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Conduct legal research and risk assessments.
  • Support the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
  • Train other team members on legal matters relevant to the business.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Counsel should have:

  • A qualified Solicitor in the UK or relevant jurisdiction
  • Proven experience in commercial law.
  • Experience in Corporate / Company law is highly desirable.
