We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Territory Sales Manager to develop and grow our business within an assigned region. This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in technical or industrial environments who enjoys building long-term customer relationships and closing complex, high-value deals.
You will be responsible for managing existing accounts while actively developing new business opportunities across your territory working with customers across Defence, Aerospace, Automotive, Engineering and Manufacturing.
Job Description
- Own and grow sales performance within the assigned territory
- Manage and develop relationships with key customers and strategic accounts
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
- Sell engineered equipment, solutions, and aftermarket services
- Prepare and present commercial and technical proposals in collaboration with internal teams
- Lead negotiations and close complex sales agreements
- Maintain accurate forecasts, reporting, and CRM records
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events, and trade fairs
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within industrial components and solutions
- Experience selling capital equipment, machinery components or complex technical solutions is highly desirable
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Self-motivated, structured, and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to travel regularly within the territory
