The client is a large full service regional law firm with a large office in central Leeds. The property disputes team is ranked by the legal directories who deal with clients across the private and public sector.
Job Description
The Property Litigation Legal Director will deal with a range of work including:
- Managing a diverse caseload of property litigation matters.
- Dealing with a range of work including landlord and tenant disputes, estate management, dilapidations and professional negligence claims.
- Advising on both residential and commercial property disputes.
- Working closely with clients across the UK.
- Getting involved in mediations and arbitrations.
- Mentoring junior team members.
- Taking a key role in business development.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Property Litigation Legal Director should have / be:
- A Solicitor likely to be upwards of 7 years PQE.
- A track record dealing with property disputes work.
- An interest to work for a large regional law firm.
- Ties to Leeds.
- Already be working for a reputable firm who deal with property disputes work.
