Interim role within a huge global business based in Leeds. The HR Transformation Lead will play a pivotal role in the global SuccessFactors implementation.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Define and govern the global HR and payroll process vision, strategy, and roadmap to create a coherent, future-ready process landscape that supports the business's transformation agenda.
- Work with the CHRO to define the future HR operating model required to run and sustain SAP SuccessFactors and ECP, establishing clear ownership, governance cycles, and roles for business.
- Establish global process frameworks, standards, governance, and controls to ensure consistent, compliant, and scalable HR and payroll processes across all markets.
- Govern Fit-to-Standard decision-making by managing localisation requests and controlling process variation to maintain global standards while enabling mandatory compliance.
- Lead and align global process owners to deliver integrated, end-to-end process design that operates effectively across functions and geographies.
- Resolve cross-functional design issues and act as final process authority before escalation to the design authority to maintain design integrity and timely decision-making.
- Align process design with enterprise architecture and collaborate with IT and programme governance forums to ensure solutions are technically sound, secure, and sustainable.
- Oversee the end-to-end HR/payroll data migration approach, including data object ownership, mapping, migration cycles, and sign-off, to ensure quality and readiness for deployment.
- Drive global adoption, harmonisation, and change readiness by assessing market impacts, promoting consistent ways of working, and working with the change team to enable effective transition.
- Oversee delivery readiness across testing, cutover, and hypercare, and coordinate with project teams, elevate risks promptly, and track benefits delivery to ensure controlled implementation and value realisation.
The successful HR Transformation Lead should have/be:
- A HR expert with proven project management skills and experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience of implementing SuccessFactors.
- Ideally experience across international markets.
- Immediate availability to start a new contract quickly.
- Able to commute to Leeds on a regular basis (c2 days per week).
