A new opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join an ever-growing Finance team, with key duties overseeing weekly payment runs, supplier reconciliations and invoices.
As Finance Assistant reporting into the Head of Transactional Finance, you will be responsible for:
- Payment Runs
- Supplier Reconciliations
- Processing complex Invoices on a daily and weekly schedule
Alongside this, there will be the opportunity to support any ad-hoc business operations, alongside reconciliations in line with the Management Accounts team.
The Successful Applicant:
- Need experience of manually Processing Invoices, Weekly Payment Runs and Supplier Reconciliations.
- Can work individually and as part of a wider team.
- Comfortable with finance software such as SAGE or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Can commit to working 5 days on site per week.
