The Employment Legal Director will deal with a range of work including:

  • Providing expert advice on employment law matters to clients.
  • Managing and dealing with complex employment cases and projects.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment-related contracts and agreements.
  • Working closely with large corporate clients across sectors such as logistics, retail, and energy.
  • Working closely with the Partners in the team on complex projects.
  • Managing junior team members.
  • Taking a key role in client relationship management.

The successful Employment Legal Director should have:

  • A track record in Employment gained from a national or international law firm.
  • A history of advising large corporate clients.
  • Ties to Leeds.
  • An interest in working for a global law firm.
  • Likely to be around 8 years PQE plus.
  • Strong leadership abilities to mentor and guide a team.
  • A client-focused approach with a track record of building relationships.
