Page Group are delighted to be supporting an industry leading, Global Manufacturing & distributor, in their search for a new Customer Service & Export Coordinator. Our client prides themselves on providing the best working environment for their staff, and this translates into providing a world class service to their B2B customer base.
Job Description
- Work with global B2B customers to provide quotations and process orders in line with customer requirements.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure products meet expected customer demand.
- Negotiate freight costs with existing suppliers taking into account costs, reliability and service.
- Plan and arrange the dispatch of international sales orders via air, sea and land, including accurate shipping documents.
- Produce relevant and accurate export documentation based on customer requirements or specific country regulations, including Certificate of Origins etc.
- Provide a world class level of service to customers via phone and email.
- Take ownership of assigned customer issues, handling sensitively and proactively with minimal impact to the customer.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience with Export Documentation and Export regulations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with B2B customers.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
