Job Description
- High-volume bookkeeping: invoices, payments, reconciliations, credits, and refunds.
- Monitor bank activity and update internal teams on payments.
- Handle urgent finance queries and discrepancies.
- Process credits, returns, and financial adjustments.
- Manage debtor accounts and credit control actions.
- Complete full bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
- Oversee purchase ledger and prepare supplier payment runs.
- Process payroll, including PAYE, pensions, and BACS.
- Complete month-end, reporting, and VAT returns.
- Maintain intercompany postings and asset register.
The Successful Applicant
- AAT qualification advantageous but not essential.
- Experience with foreign exchange and imports advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in a similar Bookkeeper position essential.
