Job Description
- Develop and deliver an effective learning and development strategy aligned with the organisation\βs goals.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and implement tailored learning programmes.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training initiatives meet business needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and make improvements where necessary.
- Manage the L & D budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of e-learning modules and in-person workshops.
- Keep up to date with trends and innovations in learning and development.
- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful L & D Lead should have:
- Experience in designing and implementing learning and development strategies.
- Proven ability to assess training needs and deliver effective learning solutions
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
