Job Description

As a remote working Key Account Manager, you’ll work closely with central procurement teams, regional decision‑makers and internal stakeholders to protect margin, grow share and strengthen long‑term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop key regional and national merchant accounts
  • Own relationships with central purchasing, buying groups and regional directors
  • Lead commercial negotiations around pricing, margin, contracts and promotions
  • Drive national agreements while supporting regional execution
  • Build structured account plans aligned to business profitability
  • Act as a senior commercial contact internally and externally

The Successful Applicant

A successful Key Account Manager should have:

  • Proven experience as a National Account Manager / Senior Key Account Manager
  • Strong background in building merchants or selling into merchants
  • Comfortable operating at both regional and national (head office) level
  • Commercially sharp - pricing, margin, contracts and negotiation
  • Relationship‑driven but disciplined and structured
  • Credible, professional and trusted by senior stakeholders
